Who We Are
Solidarity & Support Organisation (SSO) is a UK-based charity supporting refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants from all backgrounds.
We provide practical assistance, advocacy, information, and emotional support to help individuals integrate, rebuild their lives, and access the services they need.
Internationally, we focus on delivering humanitarian aid to people displaced by the ongoing conflict in Sudan. Through partnerships with communities and volunteers on the ground, we work to alleviate suffering and restore dignity for those affected by crisis.

Adam Abdalla
Chair and Founder
Adam Abdalla is a committed community leader and humanitarian advocate with a strong background in engineering, project management, and volunteer service. He is currently studying for an MSc in Project Management at The University of Law and holds a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, along with previous qualifications from Doncaster College and Sudan University of Science & Technology.
Tagried Mohamed
Trustee & Women’s Committee Leader
Tagried Mohamed holds a Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Hull, demonstrating her strong commitment to professional development and excellence. Originally from Aroma, Sudan, she completed her early education in the United Arab Emirates before graduating as an Electronics and Communication Engineer from Madras University in India.

Our long-term commitment focuses on supporting Sudanese individuals affected by war and displacement. We aim to:
